Medicinal Marijuana has been a hot button issue in several different states and counties across the country.   • Attention Deficit disorder and Attention Deficit Hyper Disorder- marijuana has been used as an excellent alternative to Ritalin, and treats the disorder without any of the damaging side effects of the prescribed pharmaceutical.
  • Glaucoma- one of the most well documented treatments of glaucoma, has been the use of medical marijuana. It helps glaucoma patients by easing interocular pressure and is safer alternative to other prescription medication currently on the market.
  • Migraines- since it’s legalization in California, medical practitioners have reported treatment of over 300,000 migraine patients that could not be cured through over the counter/conventional medication.
Medicinal marijuana continues to break stereotypes and makes leaps and bounds in the medical community. It attempts to bring back an age old method of treating ailing patients across the U.S. in hopes that antiquated laws and thinking will finally be broken in the realization of its curative properties.
